I am co-founder and co-owner of Meritoria AG. As a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate, I support companies in the introduction and further development of Abacus Business Software. My focus is on the digitization of HR and financial processes. Thanks to my many years of experience, including at BDO Switzerland and in leading financial functions in the energy and municipal sector, I combine technical and business management knowledge with a focus on increasing efficiency and employee participation. It motivates me to noticeably relieve and advance companies with well-thought-out processes and modern ERP solutions.

I am a certified business economist HF with a focus on IT project management and organization. As an experienced Abacus consultant, I combine technical know-how with business management thinking and support SMEs in successfully digitizing their business processes. After various positions at companies such as Helvetia Versicherungen, BDO and SWICA, I co-founded Meritoria AG from 2019, of which I am still a co-owner today. I support companies in the introduction of Abacus Business Software and optimize business processes, manage digitization projects and develop customized ERP solutions. My goal is to create sustainable and efficient systems that offer real added value.

I am head of marketing and administration at Meritoria AG, bringing my many years of experience in organization, customer service and communication. Through my professional positions in the private sector and public administration, I have learned how important clear structures and well-coordinated processes are for corporate success. I find it particularly exciting to develop solutions together as a team that help customers in their everyday work.

I am Head of Technology & Systems at Meritoria AG and am responsible for the technical implementation and further development of our Abacus system landscapes. After several years at HEINEKEN Switzerland AG, where I was responsible for IT infrastructure and the service desk, I now bring my experience in IT operations, security and system integration specifically to our customer projects. I am motivated to develop individual solutions that make the daily work of our customers easier, safer and more efficient. Well-thought-out technology forms the stable basis for successful digitization.

I am an experienced HR and payroll specialist with a strong background in project management and the digitization of personnel processes. In my previous roles, including as Abacus Senior Consultant and in leading HR functions, I have developed a deep understanding of efficient processes and the needs of modern HR departments. It motivates me to accompany companies on their way to a digital and future-oriented HR world and to be able to pass on my knowledge. As an independent entrepreneur at Smart HR GmbH, I know the challenges for companies in today’s job market and look forward to working with customers to create practical and sustainable HR processes.

I am a passionate software developer with over twenty years of experience and a clear focus on customer-oriented solutions. In the course of my career, I have been able to lead development teams, support complex projects in the financial environment and continuously expand my know-how. In the cooperation with Meritoria, I am particularly fascinated by how we combine business management requirements and technical implementation and create practical solutions. As Managing Director of Fritsche Engineering AG, I implement exactly this requirement every day in customer projects and look forward to bringing my experience to new challenges.
